There is something calming, healing and quietly prophetic about flowing water.
A river does not force its way. It does not strain against the landscape or demand that the terrain rearrange itself. It simply moves — finding the path of least resistance, shaping the land gently over time, arriving at the sea without anxiety.
There is a flow to life that works the same way.
We spend so much energy swimming against currents that were never meant to be fought. Striving for outcomes we were never meant to manufacture. Forcing open doors that open better from the other side.
What if the invitation is simpler? To yield. To trust the current. To move with the wisdom of the One who set the river in motion in the first place.
This is not passivity. The river is always moving — purposeful, persistent, quietly powerful. But its power comes from alignment with its own nature, not from straining against it.
You were made to flow. Not to force. Not to strive. Not to white-knuckle your way to the destination.
There is a flow to life. Step into it. Trust it. Let it carry you where you were always meant to go.
