I Pulsate. I Ripple. I Rest.

There is a rhythm underneath everything. Not productivity. Not performance. Three movements, simple and complete.

There is a rhythm underneath everything.

Not the rhythm of productivity. Not the rhythm of performance. The rhythm of the divine life moving through you.

Three movements. Simple. Complete.

Pulsate.

There is a pulse at the center of your being. Not your heartbeat — or not only that. The Father’s breath, expressing itself as you. You did not start that pulse. You did not earn it. It is prior to you and sustains you. In the moments of greatest stillness you can feel it.

You are not generating the signal. You are the signal.

Ripple.

From the center, movement. Not effortful movement — rippling. The way water carries a disturbance outward from its source, without trying, without delay. What you are reaches people. Your words. Your presence. Your attention. Even your silence. Not because you are performing these things. Because you are who you are.

You are not broadcasting. You are resonating.

Rest.

And then — not collapse, not absence — rest. The return to center. The drawing back in. This is not failure or retreat. It is the inhale that makes the exhale possible. The gathering before the next pulsation.

This is the pattern. This is the life.

Pulsate. Ripple. Rest.

Not once. Not twice.

Always.

“Jesus said, ‘If they say to you, “Where did you come from?”, say to them, “We came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord and established itself and became manifest through their image.” If they say to you, “Is it you?”, say, “We are its children, we are the elect of the living father.” If they ask you, “What is the sign of your father in you?”, say to them, “It is movement and repose.”’”
