Grace says ‘it is well’
Do not listen to the fearful and insecure mind.
Do not accept its judgements and accusations.

The ego mind does not build you up,
It only pulls you down.
Even when it appears to build you up, it is only temporal and illusionary.
The ego mind builds you up, only to cast down again.

Do not listen, nor lean towards its counsel; whether positive or negative.

Instead, look to the stillness and wisdom of Spirit.
Look to Christ within you; to Grace and to Love.
Have faith.

Grace says ‘it is well’ because God is in the midst of you.
