The Editor of Your Own Reality

You don’t have to react to every drama that crosses your feed.

Every morning, something is fighting for the front page of your mind.

The headlines. The notifications. The forecast of everything that might go wrong today. Most people hand over the front page without noticing they had a choice.

But you are the editor here. Not a passive reader of whatever arrives first and loudest.

You can reserve the front page for the deeper current within. You can give the weather report — what’s actually coming, what’s actually true — exclusively to the Father of Light, instead of to whatever source is shouting hardest.

This is not denial. It is not refusing to know what’s happening. It’s something more like sovereignty over what gets to set the tone.

You don’t have to chase headlines. You can receive what you need, when you need it — and that’s a different rhythm entirely. Less frantic. Less reactive.

You don’t have to scroll for truth. You’re already standing in it.

You don’t have to react to every drama that crosses your feed. You can simply not add to it — and that, quietly, is its own kind of publishing.

Attention is not a small thing. It is the currency of what you build your day from. Spend it on drama, and you fund more drama. Spend it on Presence, and that’s what compounds instead.

Being undistracted is not the same as being uninformed. One is asleep. The other is awake, and has simply stopped paying for things that cost more than they’re worth.

Print the truth. Publish the peace.
